The Apparel Washable RFID Tag is a versatile alternative to traditional RFID laundry tags, specially designed to endure over 50 household washing cycles with only a minimal reduction (10% to 15%) in RFID performance. Serving as the ideal cost-effective solution, this waterproof RFID tag is perfect for rental and retail of garments, footwear, and sheets.
Featuring a unique structure and protective mechanism for the RFID chip, this tag can outlast more than 50 household washing cycles. It can be inconspicuously tucked into a seam or slipped into a care label, making it practically unnoticed.
What distinguishes this UHF RFID tag from other washable linen tags is its slim 0.55mm transparent design, making it the thinnest on the market. Altogether, this presents an innovative UHF RFID solution for apparel that offers cost-effectiveness, durability, and discretion.

Installation
Stitch Tagging: To be stitched into the hem of a textile. Stitch the laundry tag away from the folding lines.
Heat Sealing: To be heat-sealed directly on the textile at +200°C (392°F), for 12~14s.
In Pouch: To be stitched like a standard care label. Stitch the laundry tag away from the folding lines.
