Our Washable RFID Laundry Tags, also known as Apparel Washable RFID Laundry Tags, provide a versatile choice compared to traditional RFID laundry tags. These specially designed tags can endure over 50 household washing cycles with only a minor reduction in RFID performance ranging from 10% to 15%. As a cost-effective solution, these waterproof RFID tags are suitable for rental and retail purposes including garments, footwear, and sheets.

 

Possessing a unique structure and protection for the RFID chip, these tags demonstrate resilience, surviving upward of 50 household washing cycles. They can be discreetly hidden into a seam or incorporated into a care label, rendering them virtually unnoticed.

 

One distinctive feature of our Washable RFID Laundry Tags, setting them apart from other washable linen tags, is their slim, transparent design measuring only 0.55mm in thickness. Installation

Stitch Tagging: To be stitched into the hem of a textile. Stitch the laundry tag away from the folding lines.
Heat Sealing: To be heat-sealed directly on the textile at +200°C (392°F), for 12~14s.
In Pouch: To be stitched like a standard care label. Stitch the laundry tag away from the folding lines.
