Our UHF RFID laundry tags, under the brand name Apparel Washable RFID Laundry Tags, offer considerable flexibility over traditional RFID laundry tags. These tags are masterfully engineered to withstand more than 50 household washing cycles, experiencing just a slight 10%-15% decrease in RFID performance. They serve as the perfect, cost-effective solution for rental and retail scenarios involving garments, shoes, and linens.

 

Notably, these tags are embedded with a unique structure and a protected RFID chip, demonstrating their toughness by surviving more than 50 household washing cycles. They are designed to be discreetly concealed within a seam or slipped into a care label, making them virtually invisible.

Installation

Stitch Tagging: To be stitched into the hem of a textile. Stitch the laundry tag away from the folding lines.
Heat Sealing: To be heat-sealed directly on the textile at +200°C (392°F), for 12~14s.
In Pouch: To be stitched like a standard care label. Stitch the laundry tag away from the folding lines.
